Jim is PAYO’s President-Elect. Before he retired in January 2019, he was PAYO's Director of Education and Training for 25 years. Since his retirement he has been presenting PAYO’S classes and sessions for PAYO chapters. Along with Mark Thornton, they wrote PAYO's Fundamentals of Payroll Analytics, Intermediate Payroll Analytics, and Advanced Payroll Analytics course books. Jim has been teaching these courses since their inception.
